1. We receive an inquiry with a specification of the goods required by our customers. On some occasions, however, only description of requirement is given and we propose suitable products.

2.We submit a competitive quote inclusive of supply, shipping, insurance to the final destination, if requested.

3.The customer finds our offer most competitive in all aspects - price, delivery time, quality of goods etc.

4. We receive firm order from our costumer.

5. An order acknowledgement is sent to the customer, confirming delivery and packing details.

6.When agreement is reached on the order, the shipment is prepared in our warehouse. Goods are carefully packed for air, road or seafreight. If required goods are inspected by the buyers authorised inspectors, prior to shipment.

7. The shipment is booked with one of our well experienced and efficient forwarding companies. We place great importance on getting competitive freight costs, short transit times and reliability from out forwarding companies.

8. All documents concerning deliveries are written in English.
